What I loved best about my last job was being able to assist all levels of employees with enrollments, changes, and terminations of their benefits. Advised and processed the correct forms, or informed EE's that changes could not be made at that particular time or was not a qualifying reason. Enjoyed knowing my job and doing it well, and being able to advise EE's of options they may not have been aware off.
