Would you leave or stay?
Question: If you were offered better pay and benefits at another job, would you leave a job you just started?
It would have to be a sure thing on all accounts...
Depends on the job your going to ,verses how good or bad the one your on already doing is for you. Is the current one something you like, or may love in the future, or are we talking waiting on customers at McDonald's for $12 an hour,compared to desk job , benefits, and 45 G a year situation?
Go to your supervisor and be honest. Tell them the situation and if they are any good at managing people they will give you advice or hopefully match the other offer. If they can’t match the offer and don’t give you ant positive feedback tell them that you are sorry to leave so soon but it is in your best interest to take the other position. How many times in your life have you felt like your employer is going out of there way to improve your situation. Good luck
