Revenue Operations Professional

So frustrated!

I've been seriously job searching for almost 4 months now. I've got my MBA and experience as a Supervisor in Revenue Operations (primarily Accounts Receivable) and most recently a project management role. I've posted for jobs I'm qualified for as well as jobs I'm overqualified for and I'm not receiving ANY calls. I'm willing to take a pay cut and a role with less responsibility but I think hiring managers take one look at my experience and figure I wouldn't stick around. I've had one interview and I'm starting to panic! How do I convey that after 26 years with one company I'm ready for a change and willing to learn something new?

Substitute Teacher at Madison County Board Of Education Al And Madison City Board Of Education

I get you!I have lived in Al for two years and I still have not received a teaching job. A couple of things standing in my way, but still frustrating.

Community Specialist at Jobcase Inc

Hello Michelle, Have you tried following up on your applications by calling the companies? This can be a very helpful step and gives you a chance to speak with the hiring manager in person - either on the phone or face-to-face - and you can let them know how interested you are in the position. I hope this is helpful!
