Do the interviews feel like they are going well? Sometimes it just takes time. Do you have any RN friends you could ask to do practice interviews with you? Make sure you're comfortable with answers to the common questions. (There are many lists of them on the Web.) State employment agencies and vocational services places may also have interview coaching available. What are you doing after the interviews? Do you follow-up with a thank you note? You can use that to emphasize additional skills. The federal and state sites seem to be looking for nurses -- at least in this area. Good luck!
