When it is so obvious age discrimination .I am 51 with over 15+ y Experience in a Banking Industru with more than one Title and submitting over 30 Applications a day and over Two year sach a Bad Lack ????

It really is frustrating Merita. I think you just have to keep going until you find someone who sees past that and sees what you have to offer the company. Good luck.
