How do you hold out for the pay you need to survive over desperation for income?? I'm on my last dollar but I want the work environment and supporting income I know is in the Pharmacy community but running out of funds to live. And I don't want to be the "job fix" employee who takes a position for the short term just to stay afloat till I hear back from the other potential positions. Any support and advice?
