Industry Transition
I am currently transitioning from hospitality industry to administrative. Recently, updated resume to transition culinary skills into office setting. A few concerns that I face is networking starting at an entry level and how long will I be out of work. How to hurdle this obstacles and keep continuously applying without A) follow up B) Interview C) Current skills transfering to job qualification. Anyone have suggestion?

Try to find a internship at a company or a volunteer position to show your skills and qualifications

Would working some temp jobs be helpful for you? It's a good way to start building experience. Sometimes those temp jobs can even become permanent.

I left the Bank industry in 2012 to healthcare. I started as entry level in a dentist office. But within 8 months was promoted to manager and the goal is to continue to grow, more into the field. My advise to you is use your administrative skill and develop it, people's skill and ethics.. everything will follow
