My name is Jack I've been doing the same job for the past 18 years at a nursing home and a small town in Nebraska this particular nursing home used to be a fantastic place to work for back in the 90s throughout to tell present day until a current ministrator that ran the place decided to pursue other things in that particular person's life but now since we have a new ministrator new management and this Nursing Home in a small little town in Nebraska it's not been run fair for a while since he started here a couple months now I know that change must happen in life but when you got new people they have rap it change and change must be good for people but the residents and some of the staff that work in this particular place including myself or not very happy but we have to deal with it cuz we have to have a job then they're 18 years since 2000 of June I guess my job is okay but the fairness of the others working around me makes life a little bit more difficult cuz we have to listen to the Billy aching and the changes along the way which if the management would just leave things pretty much the same and change things slowly over. Time of things would be fine but you know people nowadays new generation and then you get other companies influences in there that want to change things along with the new management makes it not very easy as well like vendors that bring the food in and other things that change but I feel that I've been 18 years I can get 20 out of the place maybe I can start looking for a different job then but who knows maybe things will get better we'll have to see in God we trust hopefully things don't get bad ️ ☺️

Im interested tell me more

Get your 20 in before you make any bad career move decisions.

Just try to focus on the positive. I totally understand that a few bad apples can spoil the bunch, but pay them no mind. What YOU do and how you feel is what counts.
Why wait until you get 20 years in? Nursing homes are always hiring. If you're unhappy, find another job.
