I really really need to find something to do so I’ll be home. I need a local job in a gravel truck or something else to be home at least on the weekends. Any suggestions? Anywhere?

do a garbage truck?? concrete? amazon flex (they are employing subcontractor companies now- i just got hired with JARS TD)? switch to loading shipments (expanding skills is not a bad thing)? School bus?

Then you're not trucker material. When i started there was no such thing as cell phone's or places to really rest. The rest stops were to small. You couldn't park in most towns where you had to deliver, but most companies didn't care. It's always about the load. A load can't get it self there.
