I have been painting cars for four years highly motivated and good at my job I currently work both of my bosses shop locations and do insurance work , production work and several restorations and rvs, I love my job but there is no room for growth . Add to that being a woman painter and it is hard to be taken seriously . I want more from my career as my boss doesn't offer any benefits or opportunities for a raise . I just want the opportunity to excel in my field.
