Job Title: Project Manager (Aetna) Location: 10 S Riverside Plaza Chicago IL 60606 Shift: M – F, 8am – 5pm Pay Rate: $45.63/hr Duration: 6-month contract with a possibility of going perm depending on performance

Tentative Start Date: ASAP

Role/Responsibilities: • Coordination and support on initial TPA Licensing efforts o Maintaining master tracker of all states/status o Coordinating and answering bswift business questions for applications o Escalating issues or any questions of uncertainty when needed o Completed portions of applications sent by Aetna licensing team o Updating TPA Dashboard bi-weekly o Supporting TPA license renewals as they come up this year o Assisting with building/testing ongoing compliance database for TPA renewal tracking/management • Secondary Focus o Support implementation of new contract management system, document organization and testing of processes

Required Skills: • Strong oral and written communication skills • Minimum 2 years project management experience • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented • Ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives or with a team/project
