After Retirement
I want to work. But I am now 70 and have problems walking, and balance issues. Who would hire me? Where do I look?

You and and I seem to be in the same boat. I want part time work. I have 40 years of experience. I can't do it any longer, but I know a lot about my job field. So, far I have failed to get a job. But I have learned a lot about where I may have to look, to get the work I want. I e-mail and call all sorts of people, tell them why I'm calling, and ask for any suggestions they might have. You'd be surprised how helpful some folks can be, just have a clear message, I wrote it out, be respectful, and start by asking , May I have a minute of your time? People are basically kind, and enjoy helping others. Good luck sir.
