Although I have obtained different skills and experience in different fields over the years, I seem to have no worth to employers these days due to the fact that I'm not very proficient in the use of computers and companies don't want to train. I find that most employers prefer the younger generation that has literally grown up with technology and overlook the skills and assets that my generation has to offer. It's very frustrating and extremely difficult to find a decent paying job for those of us in my situation. I know I'm very capable of learning and doing a great job if given the chance.
