Goodwill failed to provide a safe work environment Gunplay fights amongst management favoritism with upper management to lower management and upper management chooses the disciplinary they want to hand out as opposed to what they should be handing out or not I worked there for 10 years as a manager they need to get rid of the upper management there for anybody to have a successful career there cuz they think they own it the customer still everything from underneath them and they think it's okay because it's some of them donate money to the programs they get rid of the employees keep the customer and they keep doing it year after year after year stealing in the same thing year after year and they're nothing but a bunch of wetbacks and illegals
