not recognized for my work

I go above and beyond for my job! I am never recognized or thank for the extra time and effort I have put in over the last 8 years! Honestly thinking of just starting to do the bare minimum and see how quickly the office begins to fall apart- then they will realize!

Not to be condescending Lee, but are you sure that you're exceeding their expectations, or are you just exceeding your own? Make sure that everyone is on the same page.

Be careful, doing less work is never a good idea if you want to show how good you do

That's always tough. Do you actively ask about how you can improve? At the very least that should draw attention to your work ethic.
