Job interview
So I was referred to this company for a job interview I had my Hope's high i went in very professional the interviewer, interviewed me had me meet the whole staff I was interviewed by two other staff members that gave me really good feedback on the interview told me I am a great candidate then the 1st interviewer came back in the room and told me that she will be given me call on Monday....Monday came around and no call so I waited to Tuesday and I sent her an email here am hoping oh my god I got the job super anxious and excited that I get good news to later after a couple of hours during the day she send me an email that she went with another candidate. How I hate these companies that give you high hopes waist your time to just say sorry what is wrong with them.

I was interviewed for a company who sought me out I went through the entire process background check drug test and then we’ll call you Monday to tell you what day you start Monday came round no call bout an hour before they closed I called and they told me sorry it’s been busy well call you back by Thursday so Thursday rolls around same song and dance we’ll call you next week then proceeded to tell me that their no longer hiring again only after I called them back, horrible

All interviews past 2 is a waste of time period

Hi Michele, I think you need to lower the bar as far as your expectations. Put in the work- do the interviews and hope for the best while at the same time plan for the worst. MANY people that will interview you do not do it for a living and don't know how to give you a rejection, so they just blow smoke instead. Don't take it personal- happens to everybody. Chin up and keep plugging away- IT WILL HAPPEN!

Maybe the other candidate had more experience, better qualified for the job. You didn’t waste your time. Each interview is more experience for you. What job did you want? Nursing? X-ray tech? Maybe I can help you. Please respond. micheleRN

Thats very true!! What do they do two interviews anyway?

Fuck that company they dont deserve you anyway!

Competition for good jobs is very high, be pleased your very invited to interview.
Realize when people read your comment on here the majority are trying to be helpful, even if it comes off mean. Most people have no idea how they come across in writing or speach, because they do not pay attention, or they do not take criticism well. The people who come out on top listen and learn from their mistakes or missteps.
Go to a temp agency and interview. And ask them before you leave what you can do to increase your chances of getting a job. Sometimes it is something very simple to change. Be sure you all them to be honest, and socially ask if your appearance, resume, speech, or interviewing techniques need work. If they really think you can be a success, they will give you honest feedback so they can place you.

I had something like this happen to me. I had taken time off or went during my lunch break for these interviews to be told after the 5th interview they decided to no longer have the position I interviewed for. I was really annoyed, but I realized that I'd never use them in the future because if they do these kinds of things to interview and hire people. I can only imagine how they deal with their clients. Just move on and something better comes up. Also, keep in mind when you're interviewing you are also interviewing the company. Sometimes company environment/principles aren't the best for the candidate. It's happen to me a couple times and now I just avoid applying for their positions.

Frankly, my dear, these people already have their job and don't give a flying flip that you don't. They are rude, callous, and uncaring no matter how nice they are to you.
Chances are they whittled it down to the top 3-4, then did a CBA (Cost Benefit Analysis) There was a 1/3 chance you were going to land a gig but someone else won due to more experience, more education, or lacked in age (aka: Younger)
