The world still spinning rather you are or not. Lifes Stress, jobs and life are different problems in the same category! Therefore, I wouldn't let stress come between me and my future. Stress isn't nothing but a thing.

Everyone gets stressed at work. When I am under pressure, I focus and get the work done.

Because this world is so spiritually lost, at least 80% of employers would likely not understand that my trust in Jesus Christ to lead my life, all but eliminates most of my overly emotional (HSP) brain type reactions to stressful situations.. If I decided to pursue work that I believed was meant for me by God, I would cautiously speak of my faith when faced with that question and if others' prejudice against it makes the situation worse, it was possibly not His will for me to pursue after all. Life is short so , in that case, I would move on to serve elsewhere.

In a stressful situation for me, the best thing is to just take deep breaths and call over my Superior for help if I can't help them further. I would rather. Be able to handle an upset customer myself and solve the problem because I'm very well capable when it comes to helping guest.

For me, i will try not to be stress or pressured with the job, as an experience employee ill face the problem. I have to study first and ask what is really the problem systematically, so that you will solve the problem very well. try to solved one by one and continue it to talk to the employer what really is the problem. if some one is not inn on the site you know already what to do if you are the supervisor on that area you have to cover up, you don't have to wait until there is a complain from the client then ask the person who is the responsible to that area which is vacant. then you have to pursue the problem and why or what happen to the person not coming to work. u have to consider or ask next time not to do again without any valid reason. no termination has been done. if the reason is valid if it is not valid you have to take some action.

It depends to the situation. For example..as employee if u are stress or under pressure you must not put in your mind. Or try to set aside your stress from your work in order to meet your job orderly.

PANIC!

But I try not to let that show. Like in yoga you may be working super hard underneath but you're supposed to keep your face relaxed? That's what I do. When I go into panic mode I become a prioritizing monster. I make a list of the highest priorities and get started on those things immediately and slowly work in the lower priorities until things are done. I'm sure my blood pressure gets way up but eventually the job is done and with any luck nobody knows that I was secretly panicking the whole time!

I have a very reactive personality so I go right into fight or flight mode which usually gets me into a lot of trouble. Of course I would never say this in an interview but I would get stuck on this type of question during an interview is i had to improvise and answer. Curious to see other member responses.
