eviction
I'm asking a question my roommate moved out and the landlord let us use a security for the last 2 months of rent then I signed the leaves for one bedroom but I still haven't took in possession of the apartment because they have to do work so now I've decided to leave because the lease was signed for March and they still haven't given me the apartment get so when I went to talk to them they threaten me with showing me because they still want me to move into the one bedroom but I'm still living in a two-bedroom and I haven't received my security deposit back what should I do and I still haven't took possession of the one bedroom apartment so I paid 1600 for the new one bedroom that I supposed to move there in March and they still have my 1454 the 2-bedroom security deposit that I lived off of but they said I can't get it back and I still gotta pay for the two months that I should have paid but now I signed a new lease and they won't honor that so what should I do

I don't think I understand
Go to your local housing authority if they have failed to make the deadline for your move in date then they have broken the agreement not you. I would send them a formal demand letter for your security deposit and anything you paid to take possession of the new apartment if necessary you take them to small claims unfortunately this will tie up your money for a little bit but you have a good case.
