Min wage is up
Anyone else happy that min wage is going up by a buck in RI? I mean it would be nice if it would go up to 15, but I'll take the 11.50.

Every little bit of an increase in pay helps at this point Jordan so this is hopeful news. I fear $15 p/hr over the next few years is going to be too little - too late! The cost of living within major cities for most/all 'essential workers' is Unattainable and unfortunately Out Of Control!
Just a realistic observation, not a pessimistic one. The bump in the min wage is good news but we still have more work to do. Thanks for sharing this encouraging news Jordan.

Totally agree that we should strive for $15, but $11.50 is an awesome step in the right direction!
