
Age Discrimination
HR people are very cunning when it comes to age discrimination for example, if a compny is searching for a person to fill a position they are looking for longevity. In other words, a person who will stay with the company forever and guess what? If you applied to their job posting and you are getting close to retirement they will hire the younger person everytime. Here is the kicker, they will not tell you that you are too old and they perfer someone much younger. Instead they will tell you and even if you have one thousand years experience, that they hsd chosen a candidate that more closely matches their job criteria. So that is the rick they use to discriminate against people whom are very qualified but just too old. It is very sad but so true.
