Unfortunately it looks like you need to be 18 to work at Family Dollar, or at the very least 16 years old. Also, because you are under 16 anyone who hired you would not be under any obligation to pay you minimum wage due to labor laws in Michigan, and there would be a limit to the number of hours you could work. I don't know of any companies able to hire anyone that young unfortunately, so might I suggest you start an account on care.com and start looking into babysitting? You also might want to contact nearby churches or religious institutions to see if they need any help looking after children or cleaning or something. I hope that's helpful!
