Sue to a delayed service there were Lot of disgruntled passengers who expressed themself loudly and my duties at that time was to advise and try to keep them as calm as possible .... its hard to calm a groud who are all angry for the same reason but ive learnt that is people in general likes to kne which direction their headed and giving the customers factual information helps .
