I was forced to quit because I was the only American alert at the job . I used to love my job but the last year only Spanish speakers were getting hired and they were all related I ultimately got bullied and forced to quit

I had the same problem at a dealership. I would have to take 1/2 deals when I sold a car because customers only spoke Spanish so I would have to bring another sales person because they had to be an interpreter.

During that time ( being bullied) u should find a way to prove the issues and go to manager( so u can start a paper trail) then when the manager doesn't do anything u can prepare for a lawsuit if u have enough proof. Other than that, u should start seeking other employment when dealing with the same scenario if it should happen again. I hope u can get your unemployment.
