Best company to train with

Hey y’all I’m in the process of getting with a company to get my cdl. I’ve had a couple of offers mainly from lower paying companies. Don’t get me wrong I know I’m going in as a rookie and I need to suck it up and go with whoever will hire me. Currently I’ve been talking to three companies that are willing to work with me but one of them still has to verify my employment. That company is Prime. My current employer tends to blacklist people to force them to stay with the company. Another company is C.R. England who is ready for me to be on the bus and ready to train. The other is Crst I’ve heard bad things on both companies such as the pay sucks and that crst just puts you with a driver to do team driving. They also apparently went to an all automatic fleet. I don’t want to hold out for prime and possibly not be hired. But I also don’t want to jump the gun and lose a job that pays well. Any suggestions?

Prime is horrible, the other two are "starter companies that'll get I'm you into the industry" all 3 will rip you off

Stay away from CRST , your other 2 choices will work for starting out if they don't force you to team after training.

With CRST you have to team and teaming with someone you're not related to or have never met before sucks.

I don't know why everybody says to stay away from England. I went to school with England and they did really good, well that was back in 2003 to so. The other company that I would go for is Swift. I would recommend c r England, but just keep in mind you might want to have someone you know that drives semi to train you.

Check out Jim Palmer Trucking in Montana. My son trained and drove for them. They were good to train and work for.

I started with prime also. Wasn't a company I wanted to work for but it's a great place to get your licence and some experience

Take the best of the suck, put your time in then go find a good place for yourself, the best option is to get your cdl on your own then find a job gives you a lot more choices.

I worked for CRST for a month. Theyre still trying to get the miney from me for my license. However they have the shortest contract I couldn't do the team with a stranger. But it's a decent company to get started

C.r. England is a joke too! I guess there will be bad with them all but I did the England driver training and they take new drivers and make them train when they don't want\need to no experience and no patients! I'm not sure about swift but I've heard bad about crest and know for a fact England is a joke!! So just be careful
