Wrongful termination
I was a delivery driver at a company, I’m always on time and always stay late to make sure all my delivery for the day is done, never had any complain. On 9/25/17 on my way to work had a severe car accident and I call them to let them know, later on that day was released from the ER , then I got a call from my employer saying that he has to let me go. His reason was I have plenty of complaint on how I do my job which I was never aware off had no verbal warning or anything like that and the accident was not my fault wasn’t ticketed for it. I’m glad I’m alive can always get another job but can’t get another life so it is what it is I’m alive and I thank God

It pains me to hear of your wrongful termination. I had a job once where I stayed a little extra time to get the job done. They did not appreciate me either for going the extra mile. They told me the reason I stayed late and worked extra was because I didn't have good physical stamina. The Supervisor was a lesbian and did not respect my christian ethics. It was hard to please a lesbian when I was working. Everything that I did turned to quick sand. Things got so bad at work, I ended up just quitting. I had to leave in order to protect my soul.
I had a nightmare this happened to someone close to me. I saw them stop on a map for a long time. I had bad nightmares

Here’s what mostly all the lawyers I contacted told me.
Florida is an "at will" employment state, meaning that, absent an employment contract, you can be hired or not hired, or hired and then fired for any reason or for no reason, so long as it is not for an illegal reason (i.e. race, sex, etc).
The bad news is that a potential employer is probably perfectly free not to hire you simply because of your traffic accident, even if it was not your fault.
Sue them for wrongful termination. Hire an employment law lawyer who will take your case and only gets paid if you win.

God is good , that job was not for you, I been there I got forced out because of on the job injury, and fired while at the doctor's office it's not very just for all the hard times indured but God's got something better ,your alive thank you God ,now we both need a good job to be resepted at , waiting.
