How i weed out fake and scam from the real ones
I posted ad up as a independent contractor how do I weed out the real and inquiry from fake ones because I been getting lot of scam and fruds replys

But are you posting the ad? Or are you applying to an ad? If you are answering an ad everything Emily said is true. But if you are posting an ad for some service it's even trickier. Don't make deposits for anyone overseas is a big one, unless you know them. If you are giving a quote for a job, take a partner. Tell your where abouts to someone else, like a flight plan.

One thing is I Google the company/ s name the contact either by web or (if given) fb . Most times get reply of validity. Sometimes Google would info on if scam. If offer is too vague, more than likely is scam

Hi Abdul! This is a big problem with online job hunting and I totally understand how frustrating that is. There are a few big red flags when it comes to spotting scammers.
- They ask for any of your bank account information. No legit employer is going to start off by asking your bank account info. A true employer will pay you via check and pursue the possibility of direct deposit later on down the road.
- They need your address to send you a check before you even start working. This is an incredibly common scam. They will send you a check for larger than the amount you are supposed to be paid, and you are to wire the remainder back to them. In reality, the check they send you is fake (even though it looks real!) and in the few days it takes for your bank to find out that the check is fake, you've lost the money you "returned".
- They require you to pay upfront to get started. Though there are a few jobs out there that might need you to pay for a uniform or something (which I, personally, find to be pretty awful) you SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY to start working.

Most every company with REAL work will not bother to respond to an ad you post. It's too easy for them to post their requirement on any number of Internet jobboards and wait for the applications to come flooding in. Normally it's up to YOU to find the job opportunities and respond to them showing how your qualifications fit their requirements. Any person who responds to your aad is )I am 98% sure) just trying to get your money.
