I need advice
I graduated from ECPI with a BS Business Administration last year. I obtained my CSM, CSPO and Project+ Certifications to enhance my knowledge in Agile Software Development. I have 30 years of business knowledge which encompasses a number of different types of knowledge from process improvement to project management. I have my resume posted on every job board and get several calls from recruiters every week and I even make it as far as speaking to the hiring managers from a number of companies across the country BUT every time I get the same response. YOU have great skills and educations HOWEVER, we are looking for someone that has more experience in this field then you posses. I realize that for most recent grads they are in the 20's and are willing to build their way up to the positions that I am applying for, BUT they do not possess the years of work experience that I do. Can anyone offer me advice to how to find a company that is willing to accept my experience and my knowledge as a whole and allow me to proof myself in the IT world. Thanks

I want security job please help me.
Because I didn't know what all those letters meant, I took a look at your profile to see what it was went to school for. It says you got your degree in IT management. If you are applying for IT manager jobs, they may be looking for someone who already has some IT experience before they put you in a management position. It might be good to start lower and build your way up. This can sometimes be done quickly, especially when they see how well you are doing!
