I've been a chef for 13 years and over the last 5, I have realised that I'm being passed up for managment by kids because they work cheaper. Even with college and experience, I have been passed up numerous times and I am looking to start fresh but I refuse to spend another $50k on a education that got me nowhere but broke....any help?
