I have a CNA license from thirty years ago. I like to talk to and help people old and young. I let it expire many years ago. I could not stand the smell of poop or urine; The slide bed pads too heavy for the large people. The bed linen change covered with soil and vomit and food since you have to hand feed them.

You and others should get better pay then most jobs. You are taking care of people who are very assessable to covid and quarantines. There will be another no contact from people. (My sis works in a nursing home they see no one but you) To many infections going on there.

I liked how families showed up at windows with signs for loved ones, messages you put up for them. Face time that you give on the phones is very the best. You are the true heroes and deserve the best pay. If i did not have such a gag disorder i would still do it. You should be respected as doctors they do little (order tests, talk to dietician and prescribe medication)

I hope that people will appreciate you at Christmas. Without you they would be lost. Good luck! you are serving your country for the well-being and deserve more!!!!!!!
