I'm 58 years old and have worked for a lot of real jerks. For several years now I work for myself housekeeping. All of my clients are amazing. If I don't get along with them, I can quit and fill their spot with someone new. All my jobs I've gotten we're from word of mouth and referrals. I love it!!!
How did you do it? What would be the firs step for me, as I have never worked on my own?

I do handyman work Light carpentry landscaping, fix computer bugs....me too. If I get difficult people (and have I ever) just get rid of them. That is the advantage of being your own person. In a workplace, you are stuck with the same irate(s) and there is nothing you can do about it. Stuck with them forever. Oh do I know that from 23 years of industrial work
