What to do When your resume intimidates hiring managers
Ive been applying for low level jobs with my standard resume and found that i am intimidating the hiring mangers with my skillset and corporate ownership role as CTO. I found this out when one manager told me point blank that he knows i can do the job but doesnt feel comfortable hirinf me because i know more than him.

just "DUMMY DOWN" a little! Lower the level of what may be your intellectual content. Dumbing down is the deliberate oversimplification of intellectual content.

Mr. Faison that one manager is a good manager he straight up told you what the deal is. All though he is wrong for not hiring you under those terms.
