Have anyone been working at a job for so long until you know it's time to leave for financial growth but you having mixed feelings because he's been at the job for so long but at the same time it's really not paying the bills like you absolutely wanted to and you feel like you may or may not be able to find another job due to your age if you leave so you feel like you're stuck

Longevity is great but a job needs to be able to provide you and your family enough earnings for a living. If you have maxed out your salary and there is no room for growing into a better paying position within that company then it's time to move on. Keep your job but look for a new one with more income.
