Hi Barbara! How right you are. This is 100% guaranteed to be a scam. The fact that they say "Hello applicant" shows how much they actually know about you or even care about your credentials. They reached out to you first because there is no job and likely no company either! In fact, the domain they used to email you is for a nonexistent website!
