BIDMC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Direct Patient Care Workers to work as Patient Care Technicians.

About This Opportunity

*Applicants selected for the program will be hired as full-time employees. Wages start at $15/hour with competitive benefits and credit for prior experience.

*To be eligible for this opportunity, you must have graduated from a CNA, Home Health Aide, or Medical Assistant program within a year, or have worked in direct care in the past two years.

*The application process starts in mid-March. Hiring and training begins in mid-June. The training portion runs for three weeks, and meets Monday–Friday at BIDMC. Applicants selected to participate in the program will be hired as part-time employees for the first two weeks of the training and then full-time employees starting with the third week of the training.
