Hi Kent, I'd say this is absolutely a scam. The company is outside the US, which is the first red flag, and the email address is an outlook one, not even one at the company's domain! Another giant red flag. Their website, which appears to entirely be in Chinese (not sure if Mandarin or Cantonese, but the point is it doesn't even appear to be offered in English) implies that they wouldn't be operating in the US. I would assume any company abroad that wants to start a US branch would offer their website at least partly in English! Finally, their website doesn't mention any locations in the US. My two cents here is: SCAM, delete and move along!
