Help! Gotta question

On the 4th of October my application status was hired on that same day I did my I-9. I had to wait til Monday to be in the system. I looked this morning it's say application archived as of yesterday. What does that mean?

Just means they saved it in an alternative folder. Call them and discuss it with them

There are at least 3 other forms other than your I-9 that must be submitted. I was archived once and never heard from them again. Keep applying until they give you your W-2 etc. Good luck.

You have already attended the welcome to Walmart session? Assuming you have, rest assured you have been hired pending i9 completion by the government.

This response is for Applicant Tracking Systems as a whole, not specifically for DG.

Typically, once a hire is made (or an applicant is rejected and notified), the applicant tracking system will archive the application as there is no further action needed. Typically, this means that there is no further action needed by the applicant or the business with regard to the application.

If you were hired, and filled out your I9 paperwork, you should be starting any day now. You should call the store to which you applied and see if they are ready to put you on the schedule for training.

Best of luck and check back with us once you start to let us know how everything is going with your new job!
