There is considerable doubt that workforce empowerment will return to the workplace unless labor laws are brought back to the shop floor. Further, the Department of Labor must become active to insure that employees and employers fully comply with those laws. Lastly, Employee Organizations must have a seat at the table and advocate for its members' best interest. VKL
