I'm not entirely sure how to phrase this but what all can I learn from, being employed at the Hyatt? I always want to increase my knowledge and see the pros and cons of how people run their establishments. Hyatt has been around for quite some time, so obviously they've something right. What tips can be offered so that I can better my customer service skills?
