Hi my name is Beth, I was out of work for about 6 to 7 months.... I applied at the waffle House in DeLand FL. The same day I did my application on line I got a phone call to set up an interview, good news within a week of applying I was working in the store training "It was a life saver" I have been cooking at the waffle House for 8 months now, and the past is really good!!!! I started at 10.50 an hour and within a month you can get a raise to 12.90! But I don't want to go on and on but if you want to work the waffle House is a wonderful place to work!!!! Good luck to everyone I hope you find a great job like I did

They need to pay their waitresses more money to. When I worked for them they only pàid me 2.13 per hour plus tips.

I don't know where you live, but that's how it is in Texas and a few other states. They need to pay at least the federal minimum wage!
