Okay I'm new to this right here but I see positive outlook on things. I was working with a company just recently and I had some problems with a few of the managers. They would cuss at you, talk about something personal that was discussed with them because it was felt like that it should have been known. So anyways the head manager of this company was told and nothing was done about. So after this was spoken of I noticed that my day ls were cut from 5 or 6 days down to 1 day a week. I have bill to pay along with four children so I had resign from this employment. Could anything be done about this? So many things this could be labeled as. It's not right treating others like trash than treating some like your pet. What could I do???

This definitely sounds like retaliation which is an EEO violation. Since you resigned, it sounds like you did exactly what they were hoping for. Once you voluntarily leave employment there isn't much recourse, unless you can prove to an EEO lawyer that you suffered from retaliation after lodging a complaint with management.
I know your choices were slim regarding the situation (stay with the employer at 1 day a week or resign and find full-time hours), but you may not have any recourse at this time.
You can find an Equal Employment Opportunity lawyer, but that will most likely cost you more than you want to invest in this situation. I would write it off as a lesson learned and bid farewell to a hostile work environment.
As far as I know since Nevada is a right to work state nothing can be done. They can fire you for anything. I was let go from my last job from a manager over heating or of context a conversation I had with an employee about what is work man's comp. They terminated me saying I could be a liability. Only thing I could do is get a lawyer but since here in Nevada to gain employment you must sign a waiver to your rights about employers choice to terminate.
