Wrong
I got terminated for not helping somebody to do their truck. I already had finish loading my three trucks and helped somebody esle. Is that right or wrong?
It's not wrong to help fellow workers, especially if it's a job requirement. Helping is a good thing , it builds a good working relationship. You'll get rewarded for all the great help.you did.
The employer can fire you with or without reason in ca. It sucks but thats the way it is. Sorry
You were wrong from my point of view..its all about being a team player and obviously thats a skill you lack!
Welcome to the world of at will.they can do that. They can fire you for anything at anytime. Places like the big box stores that are non union (Home Depot , Lowe's) are notorious for that. They talk down about unions in your orientations because if you in a union, they can't get away with it. Hey been in your shoes.especially you're a person of color.

You already had helped one person why couldn't you and the person you helped before have helped the next person and completed the task as a team. And did you just get fired or did you and the other person you helped before get fired
sorry to hear you got fired. But they can do that in Texas. That's why it at will law. I'm not looking for no job loading trucks no way. Hard labor for men.
