Hi, Luvina. You say that you have been searching for eight months. So, my first thoughts are where and how have you been searching. It has been suggested that one definition of insanity is "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result". I'm not saying that you are insane. In so many ways, the current job-search system is insane. I have met with numerous employers who are as frustrated as you. Far too often, they are simply not finding the people they want and need by the current HR "experiment". My advice to you: Break the mold. Be different. Go to where the employers are when they are not in their protected offices: Mega churches, Golf clubs, Civic clubs, various charity organizations, political campaigns, etc. I can go out just about any day of the week, and meet at least a half dozen employers directly. So can you. Just do it. Or, you can sit waiting for call backs that never come. Its your choice. Cheers.
