Well in the restaurant business you have people that come in and say the food was made wrong constantly or they got something that was left off their order and I finally made a rule that if it have the receipt I I would replace the order unless they did it three or four times a week

The Dairy Queen I work at for almost 2 years is a prime example of poor upper management the food I said was not dirty or nasty but not having the appropriate equipment to work with not paying people enough money so my expensive Dairy Queen was good for about 6 months and then about a year-and-a-half of not good
