Hi Marcus Washington - that really depends. A lot of the time, companies will do a phone screen first to make sure they want to bring you in as a potential candidate. From there, it is up to them if they will let you reschedule it. If you are referring to the whole Job Fair, then no. You cannot replace it with the phone screen.
