Administrative Asst at Dillahunt And Assoc

Next.....

Approximately a month ago, I posted about my having landed a position doing air quality testing, and honestly I really like the job. Obviously I can sale anything, because I ended up being hired at a job where I need a car, in which I don't have one, and I need to be able to make certain moves before I can make money. For lack of better words, this sucks everything that can possibly be sucked. I can't afford to keep this job, I can't afford to let it go, and something has got to give.... I don't think the question is what am I going to do now, it's more or less how am I going to do it. Ugh. One thing is for certain and two things are for sure, twenty years ago it was nowhere near as difficult as it is now to find, obtain, and retain employment.... In spite of it all though, we must remain positive. Positivity is key. Smmfh.

Hi Rose Sutton , so sorry to hear your enduring such a challenging time at your new job. The transportation factor is always a big component towards accessing better jobs. If it's a financial (cost of transportation) and physical one (mind and body wear and tear due to long commutes) then do the math.

Take a look at your take home after transportation cost to see how much clear then re-consider the jobs worth. You might me able to find something closer to home with less pay with the same or more financial return.

You certainly have the right attitude and drive so I know you'll find some way to make it work. Please let us know how we can help. Thanks & Good Luck!
