There are 50 states in this great nation of ours. Each of the 50 states have different rules, regulations, and ways of governing. There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to giving advice to people. I think it would be more helpful to jobseekers if they would say what state they live in, so, perhaps they could get information relative to where they live.
