I filed for unemployment in may I still have yet to see a penny I have lost everything I have worked for the govenors office keeps telling me they are putting me in for priority but I still haven't seen a penny . If you froze there accounts and let them see what it's like to loose everything and stress over bills checks would be here they just don't care

No I did not I just had to sell everything off move to Illinois with my 77year old mother and start over the government is a joke no help from them for 6months

My benefits was stopped July do to information needed. I call the guy voicemail has been full to this day.I have fax over everything my identity I have email over and over call every single day . All they are telling me is to keep filing every two weeks and wait for someone to contact me. Now this has been since July why is my case still on hold .they have everything from me I just don't understand and no one has contacted me.

If all else fails, contact your local assembly rep or state Senator. She pushed the Dept of Labor to sort out my claim.

It took months to get mine in Tennessee, I finally did after I wrote both my state representative and state senator.

You can find out who your county representatives are, email or call them, and they will help you. Mind you I had to go out of my county took 4 senators to finally get help first three were republicans and I was told to get back to work and I wouldn’t need unemployment. If you go on your states website it will show their name, phone number, and email address. Hope this helps I have been since may so I totally understand.

I think it took three weeks at most to get mine. My best suggestion to call/email do whatever you can to try to connect with them about your claim. All the best to everyone and prayers that even better jobs come to all!

It takes a long time no matter what you're filing for i filed on 7/27 and my claim only reached determination status on 9/25. Last person i spoke to said that process can take 4 weeks alone. Im in PA

I applied on April 23 did not receive my unemployment until August 13. It took 4 months (SAD) but thank GOD I got it.
