Stop taking it in the tailpipe.

When we let these people walk over us with their unprofessional behavior, we feed the machine. I'm starting to put EVERYTHING on social media. Facebook, Twitter you name it I'm posting everything. Their name, their company and every ounce of information I can come up with to let everyone know what kind of unprofessional behavior they can expect when they do business with them. I'm not burning any bridges because they aren't doing anything for me anyway. I'm not wasting one more dime or minute of time on dead-end temp agencies and recruiters that have no concept of professionalism and have no compassion for the multitudes of people who wait endlessly for that phone call that never comes saying anything about the job prospect. You go on the interview and NEVER hear anything back. If all I get to do is vent, so be it. But recruiters be warned. Temp agencies be warned. Your name and company and the unprofessional approach you exhibit will be posted around the world.

The problem with doing this is that potential employers are checking social media accounts when looking at potential candidates. You could be seen as a "trouble maker" and it could cost you job opportunities.

If you are going to do this, I would recommend you not post these to your personal account, but create a page or a group from which you can post anonymously.

Good luck.
