The money was decent. The politics was a nightmare when it changed over to people ready. The Labor Ready days more awesome you truly felt appreciated like you were part of the team and rewarded for your efforts. Once it changed to people ready they lost interest in their employees they didn't care about the sacrifices people made to keep the business running their only concern was Wall Street and I regret every minute that I gave to that company
