LOCATION: Lincoln NE 68521 JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PAY RATE: $12.50 / HR SHIFT: M-F 7AM TO 6 PM CST

DURATION: CONTRACT TO HIRE BASED ON JOB PERFORMANCE, ATTENDANCE, & PROFESSIONALISM STANDARDS FOR 6 MONTHS.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 You will be working in an inbound call center & sitting onsite.
 However the client you will be supporting will be various Life & Annuity Insurance companies which offer retirement annuities and life insurance products  
 You will provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents and internal customers

REQUIREMENTS:

 High School diploma; 
 One to two years of previous customer service based experience required (call center experience is not required).
